Limited Access to Conference Rooms for Students

Dear Students,

We have repeatedly reminded you to stop using the conference rooms during business hours( 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM), but many of you do not comply with the rule. Apart from multiple reminders, the sign on each conference room is clear. Because the previous approaches didn't work, the Campus Logistics Team came up with another approach to wake you up.

If a staff member finds you in the conference rooms in business hours, they will confiscate your computer during the entire time of their meeting. The staff has to tell you the duration of the meeting so that you will come back immediately after the meeting to take your computer.
