Performers Needed - Kepler Graduation Ceremony Announcement

It is that time of year again where Kepler celebrates the achievements of its most beloved graduates. The upcoming Kepler Graduation Ceremony will take place on June 17, 2017, here at Kepler.
With this in mind, we would like to let you know that we are looking for artists and performers to perform during the graduation ceremony. These include, but not limited to, singers, traditional dancers, band/choir performers, etc. This opportunity is open to all Kepler students & staff.
If you are interested, please fill the following form by Sunday, May 7, 2017
Performers Rewards
Performing in the graduation ceremony in front of important guests and people
Media coverage of the performance by different Rwandan media houses
Rewards for good performances (15,000 for an individual and 30,000 for a group)
For traditional dancers, we will cover dancing materials (uniform, amayogi, etc.)
Attending the whole event
Notes:
Rehearsals and preparations are on a performer's account
Performers will be selected after an interview session with the Graduation Committee
Bring to the interview a sample of what you expect to perform
Once accepted to perform, you will sign a contract of agreement, that is between you and Kepler, that includes the following and more:
The Graduation Committee should be invited to at least 3 of a performer’s rehearsals
You will Follow all the protocols and regulations as informed by the Graduation Committee
Effective communication
Attending rehearsals
Meeting expectations,etc.
