Kepler June Graduation Ceremony
As we are approaching the mid-year graduation ceremony (June 17, 2017), the graduation committee is pleased to share information regarding graduates’ preparations and expectations during the event. The committee want to make sure you prepare yourself ahead of time.
Gown and Cases Requirements
Gown Pick-up date: June 15, 2017 and June 16, 2017

Gown Drop-off date:
Gowns and Degree cases should be dropped-off by Monday, June 19, 2017.
Lateness fee for gown and cases drop-off: 2,000 RWF per day.
If your gown is damaged or lost, you will be responsible to pay the entire cost of the gown (50,000 Rwf).
If your degree case is damaged or lost, you will have to pay 50,000 Rwf to buy a new one.
Panel Review Eligibility
A student will be a June graduate if s/he passes the panel review and graduates from CfA by June 2, 2016. Any students who will complete CfA projects and pass the panel review after the above date will not be considered.
Rehearsal and Debrief Meetings
For this coming graduation ceremony, the rehearsals and the debrief meetings will take place on June 9, 2017 and on June 15, 2017 at 6pm. Graduates are expected to attend both of the meetings. If you have an issue that might prevent you from attending one of the debriefs, inform the committee a week before for it to schedule another meeting.
Parents/Guests
BA graduates are allowed to invite at most two guests and one for AA graduates. The graduation committee will accept changes regarding guests’ names, additional guests, etc., only until June 9, 2017. Any changes communicated after this date will not be accepted.
More information and surveys will be sent closer to the graduation date.
