Limited Access to the Conference Rooms for Students

Dear Students,

This is a friendly reminder that the conference rooms are for staff use only during business hours( 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM) in working days. Students are not allowed to use the rooms during the time mentioned whether they are free or not. The students can reserve the rooms after business hours and during weekends. They can only access the rooms during the business hours when attending a meeting scheduled by a staff member.
