Tulane is an American university that is in partnership with Kepler. Tulane students are engaged in learning how to become English as Second Language instructors. The purpose of the partnership is to help Kepler students to rapidly improve their English. Just like last year, each student will be collaborating with one Tulane student to write a grant proposal. The proposals will be evaluated, and the top proposals will win prizes.
The program will be taking only a few number of students who are committed and willing to collaborate. In order to participate, please write a 3-paragraph essay or create a 3-minutes video about one of the topics below and upload it in this Google Drive folder no later than September 30, 2016.
Criteria that we will consider while selecting finalists are professionalism, proper English usage, and clarity of information.
Topics:
1. What is the importance of English in your academic and professional life?
2. What type of education system is best for your country?
3. How can parents contribute to the academic experience and success of children?
