Reminders:
Hi All,
I have noticed that during CfA Study Hall sometimes students are spread out across the room and it becomes difficult to know who is in study hall and who is not. In addition, some students still do not take CfA Study Hall seriously and thus tend to go outside several times to answer phone calls or have conversations.
Therefore, in order to continue to keep you at high expectations, please be mindful of the following:
1. CfA Study Hall is considered a class as other classes at Kepler and the policies that apply to other classes also apply to CfA Study Hall sessions:
You should not use their phones during the sessions. If you are found using a phone, it will be confiscated and taken to the Dean of Students.
You should not go outside for longer than 5 minutes unless they are sick.
You should only be doing CfA-related work.
If you want to discuss or ask support from another student, you should do this without disturbing others.
2. When you are in CfA Study Hall, you should be separate from other students. Thus, we will be using the front space in the Great Hall only for that purpose.
Please send your questions to jeanpierre@kepler.org if you have any.
Thanks,
