Graduation Event Announcement

Hello All,

This is to let you know that the mid-year Kepler Graduation Event will take place on June 18, 2016. Here are some important notes to keep in mind:

Location: Kepler Campus Great Hall

Time

Graduates:

• AA and BA CfA graduates who have passed their panel review.

• Here is a link to the current number and names

• The last panel review to determine the last number will take place on June 10, 2016.

• Rehearsals and info sessions will take place during the following dates:

• Tuesday, June 14, 2016 (Time TBD)

• Thursday, June 16, 2016 (Time TBD)

• Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 11:00 AM - 12:50 PM

Invitees

• The people from the Kepler community who are invited to the event (Mirror Based):

• Kepler staff members

• Higher performers for the academic year 2015-2016

• Students of the month for the academic year 2015-2016

• SGA members

• Mentions and Honor Rolls

• Performers for the graduation event

• Graduates are allowed to bring the following number of guests:

• BA graduates: 3 guests

• AA graduates: 1 guests

Sitting Plan

Others

• Gown Pick-up Date: Friday, June 17, from 11 AM - 2 PM (from event planners)

• Remember to sign your name

• Gown Drop-off Date: Monday, June 20, from 12:40 - 2 PM (Olive)

• Lateness fee for gown drop-off: 1,000 RWF per day.

• If your gown is damaged or lost, you will be responsible to pay the entire cost of the gown.

• Degree cases drop-off Date: Same time as the gown drop-off date
