Attention to Group Houses' Safety

I hope you are doing well. After getting to know that there were people who violated Office View's safety last week saying that they were sent by one of Kepler staff members, I thought of this as a threat and came up with the following recommendations:
Everyone who enters your premises should be communicated to Group House Leaders before s/he comes
S/he should have a Kepler visitor's badge (this does not replace communication to Group House Leaders).
When they are not communicated, they should be with a Kepler staff member who is in charge of houses
When you are not at Group Houses, you should warn your house helpers to communicate any case of safety violation to Group House Leaders and +250781467053 for the Dean of Students, as soon as possible
You should close your bedrooms before you leave the Group Houses.
You should also know and collaborate with the nearby Security Post Commanders for a quick intervention, if needed

Take the above recommendations seriously because you can lose your properties due to the intruders!!
