7 March 2016 Safety Meeting

Hi Group House Leaders, SGA committee and KSAs,

I would like to invite you in a meeting which will take place next Monday 7 Match 2016 in Karongi. We will be discussing with Cells and Imidugudu security commanders about students' safety. In this same meeting, we will jot down what we want from one another in order to have sustainable collaboration with these security commanders for safety. Start collecting your housemates' suggestions. The meeting will start from 2:15pm and end at 3:30pm. Group House Leaders, please, remember to collect all your housemates' Umuganda cards. If you are not available at the moment, delegate your housemate.
