Umuganda Attendance Cards Reminder

Hi All,

As you were supposed to use Umuganda Attendance Cards on last Saturday, I would like to collect them for verification on this Thursday from 8:00 to 9:00am. You are all required to submit them to your group house leaders by tomorrow, on Wednesday, 3 Feb 2016. Your Group House Leaders are the ones who will submit them from you to me in my office. The students who do not have those cards can pay150rwf to me in order to contact someone who sells them.
