Announcements to All Students

Hi All,

I hope the break time was enjoyable for you; welcome back! I would like to share with you some announcements here under:

• Meeting schedule: All Students, especially Cohort 2015, should not come to see the Dean of Students or anyone else without an appointment. You should send an email with 3 time slots requesting for the meeting. To help you schedule, refer to my availability on my Office Hour schedule. If all provided hours do not work for you, send an email with any other 3 alternative time slops.

• All students should present their Umuganda Attendance cards to the Dean of Students. Those cards will be checked in cohort meetings starting by this coming Friday.

• Students’ Registration: All group house leaders/ should reach out to their Imidugudu chairpersons for registration of their group members in village record book. This is because chairpersons are responsible for any case to all people they lead including our students.

• TB test: Students who have not yet gone for TB check up are not allowed to enter Kepler campus until they get the document proving they have gone for it. Let us live in a safer family.
