Hi All,
As usual, you are all requested to participate in "monthly Umuganda". On the due date, you need to meet at your respective sites and participate with other Rwandan community members. Failure to attend equals a fine which will be paid to Umudugudu or a "week long Kepler Community Service".
For the ones who were absent last month (November), I would like to remind them that I am deducting 1000Rwf per day until Thursday if they do not come to attend the "Kepler Community Service" since last Friday.
