Smile Club Annual Charitable Event at Kibagabaga Hospital- December-12-2015
Smile Club is pleased to invite you to participate in the annual charitable event to visit kids at the hospital. In this year, the event will take place at Kibagabaga Hospital on Saturday, December 12th, 2015, from 10:00-2:00 PM. During this event, we will be visiting patients and providing different items to them. Your contribution can be in terms of money or other things that can help patients to feel comfortable like clothes, soaps, sugar, fruits, pampers, milk, sweets, etc.
Take a minute and complete this survey so that we can plan accordingly.You may choose to answer either directly or later, but It will be better if you give your response no later than Monday ( 23 November 2015) by 5:00 PM. In addition, you don't need to be a club member to support this event or go for the visit.
