Job Description

Kepler is looking for a detail-oriented student to serve as an Assistant to the Data Analytics Coordinator. This work study requires a commitment of 8-10 hours per week and will last for 3 months with a possibility of extension. The primary role of the assistant will be to collect and organize student information as needed. The Assistant to the Data Analytics Coordinator will work under the supervision of Aurore.

1. Job responsibilities

• Gather student information and data

• Digital organization of student information based on organization needs

• Assist with report creation and data analytics for various programs

• Accept other duties as assigned

2. Qualifications, Eligibility & Skills

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel

• Organized and detail-oriented

• In good academic standing (must be maintained throughout the job)

• Must not have a work study

• Good and clear communication skills

• Be a Kepler student from Cohort 2013, 2014 or 2015

• Creative/critical thinker

• Good at time management
