WHAT YOU’LL DO
GET IT Order Coordinators focus is interacting with our customers via messaging platforms. Principally,
you’ll ensure we receive orders via each messaging platform (Facebook, SMS, Twitter, Whatsapp, Email,
and phone call), that customers get what they need, and their orders are accurately put into our internal
order tracking system. You’re the front line of customer interaction. And a critical representative of our
brand and company.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
This is a wonderful job for someone who likes messaging and customer service. You’re the first point of
interaction with our customers and have a big responsibility for ensuring our customers are happy.
Of course, we expect you to speak English and Kinyarwanda. You need to have a crazy attention to detail
and care about accuracy and consistency.
We expect you to have excellent computer skills and able to learn new software. We need you to learn
quickly, ask questions when you need help, and be your own best representative.
As a young company, we’re this is a hands-on, get-it-done kind of job. We have a saying at GET IT, “we
do the most with the least, but it has to be awesome.” We’re always looking to our employees for new
ideas. As a GET IT Order Coordinator, you must be confidently creative. We want to know about how
you see things differently, how you bring creativity into everyday tasks. We need your ideas. Our staff
not only contributes hours of work, we want to incorporate your ideas into what we do.
