Wear Your IDs
Hi Students,
It came to my attention that all students, but 2, have IDs and are not wearing them. For the sake of Campus security, it is recommended to all students to wear their IDs here at Kepler environment. During the night, it is also good to have it to help the community policing to identify you. An ID is not only for presentation to Security agents, but also it helps know one another at campus especially in class where we need to know your names. Wearing the ID is simple but meaningful, because if you do not wear it you will not be allowed to attend class and this will be counted as a non-excusable absence. As the policy says, if you are absent for one time in one course, you will not undergo penalties, but more than once you will be deducted 2000rwf on your stipend. Can you imagine how this simple deed might put you under penalty? Thus far, there are no excuses because everything is clear and easy to put into practice.
