Kepler Supply Manager
Job Description
Kepler is looking for students to serve as supply managers during the 2015-2016 academic year, with an average of about 10 working hours per week. The supply manager will be responsible for monitoring, arranging, and re-stocking Kepler property. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Duties
Assure that each classroom has a full set of teaching supplies at the beginning, middle, and end of day
Monitor, record, and distribute teaching supplies on a daily and as-requested basis
Re-arrange classroom seating/setup to predetermined plans on a daily basis
Re-stock supplies when needed, in coordination with cashier
Run errands off-campus such as purchasing small supplies or copies
Maintain orderliness of storage areas in classrooms, office, and stock room
Other duties related to supplies management, as assigned
2. Qualifications & Eligibility
Must not have another work study
Detail-oriented
In good academic standing (must be maintained throughout job)
Clear communication skills
Creative/critical thinker
Be a Kepler student of Cohort 2014 or 2013
