The Top 7 Summer Bridge Highlights
Description
Subsequent to a research carried down in order to understand how engaging the summer bridge activities were to the cohort 2015, the concerned students were asked to answer to a simple set of questions. Below were the highlights of their summer bridge experience.
#7. Advisory:
Through the Turn and talk and the 360s, students had a chance to learn new things about themselves. It was an opportunity for self-discovery and bonding with their advisory mates.
#6. IFK:
The most important part of the IFK project being the team work, the excitement in brainstorming business ideas and studying their implementation enhanced the students’ team work spirit.
#5. Typing:
Even though for most of the cohort 2015 found it hard to meet the weekly typing test goals out of anxiety, the little progress they made, through intense practice, made their pride and joy.
#4. Tech-Skills:
The most popular class, with always something new to learn. Awesome course facilitators and TAs made the course, the most engaging of the cohort 2015 bridging program.
#3. CSM:
Students were very much thrilled to challenge their problems solving ability and earn variously colored belts to represent their mastery of the skills.
#2. Fun-Fridays:
From a week’s worth of stress, students were more than happy to wear it off it a fair doze of fun and snacks with friends.
